Down Payment & Refund Policy
Down Payment and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Estimate expiration (30 days)
- Platform or Portable Stage Rentals Refund (Requires non-refundable down payment when invoiced)
- Video Walls Refund (Requires non-refundable down payment when invoiced)
- Backline Refund (Requires non-refundable down payment when invoiced)
- Production Refund (Prompt Payment Encouraged. Payment is typically due before day of event. No refund once event setup has started.)
