Mark McDonald started as a performer in Richmond Virginia. He interned at Sound of Music Recording Studio and worked in live production with Backstage LLC. A move to Atlanta had Mark working in iconic clubs including The Masquerade, Smith’s Olde Bar, and Center Stage. Traveling with Simply Irresistible Band out of Atlanta took Mark into the corporate tier of shows. Following the pandemic, Mark moved to Denver Colorado to work with both Live Nation and AEG, eventually settling into the role of monitor engineer at the independently run Oriental Theater. Mark also dove deeper into the world of corporate events in his A1 role at the Infinity Park Event Center just outside of Denver in Glendale Colorado. Before moving back to Richmond, Mark was also a touring monitor engineer and RF coordinator for The Infamous String Dusters.
